UPDATE : after a response from the company below, no star changes. They mention that the car is required to be inspected, however that didn’t happen for my rental. Just something for others to be aware of! As for the underage fee, yes it is in the policies and laid out clearly in paperwork, however it isn’t indicated prior to renting the car, again just something to be aware of for others. Lastly I understand the incidental damages and needing a prior authorization of funds, however $500 is a lot of money for many people, and again, something that future renters should be aware of being choosing this location. ☺️

This was an okay car rental experience. They did not go over any damages or anything prior to us leaving with the car which can be concerning upon return, luckily we didn’t have any issues. I booked through an online service, it was affordable and we got the model as described. The only negative part was that the rental was described as being able to rent out to someone 24 years old, however upon completing the rental payment and getting the paperwork emailed to me, it said in fine print there is an additional 16.00$ per day fee for being under 25. This felt very bait and switch-y. The car wasn’t amazing but served us well, minor issues such as the numbers on the dash not being fully disable or the screen displaying song names lagging. The women who helped us at the office all seemed very grumpy and tired, however I can’t blame them for it being 1:30am. They have great hours, open 5am-2am. The shuttle was unnecessarily confusing and difficult to request. However the drivers went above and beyond to be helpful, drive well, and be kind. We didn’t have to wait for a shuttle ride upon our return of the car to get to the airport quickly either. Lastly you should be aware if you choose to go with this company they require a $500 hold on a credit card (no other card type, such as a debit card). This seems excessive and rather preposterous considering there was no advanced warning to customers the amount that would be required.

Everything went smooth like butter. Staff is super helpful. Raed was super amazing he got me really good discount. They let me pick my choice of color car. I was driving jeep. Nice clean brand new car. I’m definitely going back to them. Highly recommended

The pick up and drop off to the airport was smooth no wait time or issues. Our experience with Nadia was a pleasure. She was professional, polite, and answered all of our questions as we were first time rental car customers. The tire was low on the original car and she immediately got us the keys to a car of our choice. She made our experience a great one.The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star experience is because the second car needed new brakes. I would definitely rent from here again.

This has been the worst car rental experience I have ever had.

I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. The customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. They acted like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions.

Only the driver from the airport to the rental office and the guy that gave us the keys and provided the vehicle were nice.

On top of that, there were hidden charges that I wasn’t told about until it was too late. The final price was way more than what I was originally quoted, 4 times the initial fees. Do not use Expedia or any of those other online travel agencies to book services with this company, as the contract and conditions are not clear and the rental company will basically not accept or honor the reservation or agreement with the online travel agency.

The car they gave me was in awful condition. It felt like it hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. Even the tires didn’t have enough air, which is basic stuff they should check before giving the car to someone.

I do not recommend this company at all. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
