Buying a house (or selling one for that matter) can be a stressful experience, however one of the things that I loved about working with Todd was that he somehow managed to mitigate all the stress and instead made it enjoyable. He's incredibly knowledgeable, calm and grounded, is good with the strategy around the Real Estate market (kind of important in these off-the-rails times), and extremely personable. He takes the time to get to know you and understand what's important to you, and tailors the strategy around those specific needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We first met Todd when we decided to move from Henderson, NV to Long Beach, CA. Todd was my wife's brother's realtor and highly recommended him. Turns out what an AWESOME experience we had with Todd. We frequently had to fly down to LAX or LGB to look at homes and Todd always and without fail would pick us up and take us around then back to the airport. I'm not totally sure how often we did this but we looked at ALOT of homes before we finally found the one we liked and in our price range and location. Todd was instrumental in coordinating the closing with our realtor in Nevada which made it so much easier. We have moved several times in our airline career so dealt with many realtors. Todd was by far the best I have worked with. We now consider Todd our friend. Todd is wonderful and an asset to Coldwell Banker Realty!

First of all, Todd is that rare, outstanding human being; so he's got that going for him. As an agent, he actually listened to what I was saying and responded honestly, from a place of experience and knowledge. None of the standard yadda-yadda I've gotten from other agents. I've had him lease out my ocean-front condo only a couple of times because the tenants he procured have been fantastic and end up staying for years. Todd is my guy, not just for leasing, but for the sale and purchase of rental properties as well as any personal second (or third) homes. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
