Went to this wine bar at the airport for a glass to relax and a small snack. Sat at the bar and the server Chris was awesome. Dancing, playing great music, super happy and fun. Four more individual women joined me at the bar and Chris let us sample a few other wines. We all needed to leave to board our flights but no one wanted to leave. Great experience. Food was great too. I had the cheese plate and tomato basil soup. Now I'm extra happy and relaxed for my 20 hours of flying ?. I'll most definitely be back and hope Chris will be working.

Whatever they’re paying Chris isn’t enough. He’s a national treasure for any business. Honestly wish I would have offered him a job. But even aside from Chris, Vino Volo is the spot for above average wine, especially in an airport. Definitely considering flying through DTW again just to hang out and drink good wine. Certainly stop in no matter how much time you have.

Chris was super friendly and was pretty knowledgeable about his wines. The wine selection is impressive and well curated and I was able to try the delicious local Mawby sparkling white. We also sampled the Tenuta I Collazzi Super Tuscan Blend. It was really tasty as well. The music in rotation is very good. This was a perfect way to kill a few hours while waiting on our connecting flight.

Pricey wines, but the house wine was very good for a decent price while waiting for your flight.

Beef short rib was excellent. Probably the best meal I’ve had in any airport, including internationally. Wine selection was good as well. Considering this location is inside DTW airport, prices were quite reasonable. $112 for 2 entrees and 4 glasses of wine.

Awesome staff that is very knowledgeable about the vast selection available, especially harder to find Michigan wines. Pleasant atmosphere, music and overall vibe.

$13 for house read May be worst wine I've ever tasted...spoiled? Tastes like vinegar. And it has a light brown twinge.

Overall had an ok time here - nice place to grab a glass of wine if you have some time, expensive, but in line with Airport costs in general.

After our visit, we did need to contact the location for information related to receipt. The phone number does not seem to be active and the website also does not work. Will continue attempts to contact the location, but just leaving a note in hopes the business owner reviews and can implement a way for patrons to contact the location.
